How it works
6–10 hour 1:1 packs, typically fortnightly
In person (onsite or MetaPeople offices) or online
We start by SuccessMapping the role (coachee; boss input if sponsored), pick 2–3 priority habits/skills, and translate them into weekly actions with light artefacts (plan, 1:1 agenda, action log).
Review progress every 2–3 sessions; adjust as needed.
Tools & Measures
- SuccessMapping (primary): we map the role’s outcomes, behaviours, stakeholders, and evidence—creating a clear set of qualitative and quantitative measures. This becomes the accountability and review document for the coachee (and, where appropriate, their boss) during coaching and long after it finishes.
Psychometrics when useful: MBTI® and/or LSI™ to surface patterns and blind spots—they inform the coaching; they don’t drive it.
MetaPeople tools: Personal Inventory, ChatMap, and the MetaEquation to clarify focus, simplify decisions, and keep attention on the behaviours that matter.
Between sessions: targeted GrowingSuccess content (templates, prompts, short lessons) to support on-the-job practice and keep momentum.
Simple markers: visible checks like weekly plan published, 1:1s held, actions closed before next meeting, and feedback instances—reviewed every 2–3 sessions.
