“Before GrowingSuccess, I was struggling with team dynamics, structure, and motivation. The program gave me practical tools, coaching, and peer support that helped me lead with more clarity and confidence. It’s had a lasting impact on my role and mindset — not just in my current job, but for my long-term development.”

Tools and support
MetaPeople IP (core framework): Each module introduces proprietary tools such as the MetaEquation, Awareness Cycle, ChatMap, and MetaPuzzle, plus other models that broaden perspective and link management actions to real outcomes.
Five module-launch webinars: Each of the five core modules begins with a 30-minute live webinar, setting context, explaining key ideas, and clarifying what participants should focus on.
Coach access, continuously: Participants can check in with their coach at any time for clarification or support.
Accountability & progress: Module progress and completion are closely monitored; if someone falls behind, the coach reconnects to help them re-engage.
Coach nudges: Short reminders keep participants aware of where they should be within the module and help them stay connected to the work.
Buddy triads: Each participant joins a buddy group of three to share ideas, discuss challenges, and support each other in completing the work.
Sponsor alignment (HR / senior leaders): Sponsors receive a brief at the start of each module outlining what’s covered and key questions to ask when checking in with participants. They’re also kept informed of progress and participation throughout the program.
Outcomes you’ll see
New managers running reliable routines (plans, meetings, 1:1s, feedback)
