How the program works
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a 12–18 month partnership where I act as the manager you don’t have — consistent, supportive, challenging, and focused on your growth and choices at work.
We usually start with a Discovery Pack, then move into a structured 12-month program.
Discovery Pack (3–5 sessions)
Clarify your situation, patterns, values, drivers and what “work that fits” means.
Month 1 — Deep dive
3–4 x one-hour sessions to understand your patterns and start immediate behavioural shifts.
Months 2–5 — Monthly reviews
30-minute sessions to work on managing upwards, stakeholders, and soft skills while you stay in role.
Month 6 — Reset
One-hour session to review progress, adjust goals, refine habits and direction.
Months 7–11 — Continued growth
Monthly 30-minute sessions focused on decisions, boundaries, visibility and confidence.
Month 12 — Wrap-up
One-hour session to review the year, anchor habits, and clarify the next chapter in your career.

Why this approach is different
Most career coaching focuses on CVs, interviews and job boards. That’s useful, but it doesn’t change the patterns. This program treats your career as an ongoing practice. I bring 25+ years in recruitment and executive search and 4,000+ hours of coaching to act as the manager you don’t have — someone who understands how careers really move, and who will stay with you long enough to change the way you work and decide.

Discovery Pack

Career Program
Structured, high-touch support with a clear rhythm of longer sessions and shorter reviews — designed to change how you think, act and decide at work.
Single Sessions
Occasional one-off sessions are available when you need targeted support or a second opinion on a major decision.
Delivery: Online or in Sydney CBD. Investment discussed during an initial call.
