I’m Christian Harper — an executive and performance coach with over 4,500 hours in the coaching seat, more than 300 hours of professional supervision, and a background in counselling, leadership development, and existential thinking.
I’ve spent over 25 years helping managers and leaders navigate complexity, shift behaviour, and develop their own authentic way of leading. My approach isn’t formulaic — it’s built on insight, accountability, and action.

Participants deepen their self-awareness, learning to build trust and manage emotions effectively. Using models like the Whole Person Concept, they explore behavioural drivers and develop greater empathy. The Growth Mindset and Locus of Control further strengthen their personal and professional growth.

This module introduces the key competencies for managerial excellence, including communication, planning, and performance management. Participants assess their skills, set development goals, and create action plans for growth. They build essential abilities such as giving feedback, managing conflict, goal setting, delegation, and time management.

This module explores the core dynamics of team management, helping participants set a clear vision and foster collaboration. Using the MetaPuzzle framework, they identify key success levers that shape team culture. Participants develop routines that build high-performing teams capable of delivering exceptional results.

This module equips participants with the skills to support individual team members while strengthening team performance. They learn three core coaching methodologies — GROW, Reframing, and Scaling — and apply tools like The MetaEquation and Chat Map to provide targeted coaching and feedback. By developing effective coaching techniques, participants create an environment where individuals thrive.

This module serves as a capstone review, where participants reflect on their journey and present their unique management approach. They identify key routines and self-management strategies, demonstrating their growth as leaders. In a final workshop — online or in-person — they celebrate achievements and inspire peers with their success.
