Meet Your Coach

I’m Christian Harper — an executive and performance coach with over 4,500 hours in the coaching seat, more than 300 hours of professional supervision, and a background in counselling, leadership development, and existential thinking.

I’ve spent over 25 years helping managers and leaders navigate complexity, shift behaviour, and develop their own authentic way of leading. My approach isn’t formulaic — it’s built on insight, accountability, and action.

I use evidence-based tools like the Life Styles Inventory™ and Myers-Briggs (MBTI®) — but they don’t define the work. You do. Coaching with me is about developing real clarity, finding your direction, and doing great work — at work.

I created MetaPeople to help leaders lead better, live better, and build teams that thrive through purpose, not pressure. That starts with knowing who you are and what you stand for.
